Introduction to KKFM & How to Apply

Kota Kemuning Flea Market @ Gamuda Walk / Garage Sale!


Welcome to the Kota Kemuning Flea Market (KKFM) Website !

The Kota Kemuning Flea Market started out as an idea of a flea market for local residents who want to sell off their pre-loved personal and household items. It is different from other markets such as bazaars, "pasar malam" or "pasar tani" because KKFM started with a goal of encouraging recycling and re-use in our community, at the same time be environmentally friendly and bring the community closer together.

Think of it as a community Garage Sale !

And all of this is made possible with our collaboration with Gamuda Walk management, who has very graciously offered their building to host the first ever flea market in our neighborhood.

So we do encourage residents with old stuff in their homes to participate. By old stuff we mean used / pre-loved handbags, electrical items, tools, books, toys, lamps/lights, stationary, containers etc.

Don't worry, you can sell new items too, there are no restrictions on that.

Just ensure that whatever you are selling is not in the "Prohibited Items List" and comply with the Rules and Regulations.

Of course we do not limiting it to local residents, "professional sellers" are most welcome to "set up shop" at KKFM as well, the more the merrier!

Gamuda Walk is the ideal location, with free parking, a very comfortable indoor market with air conditioning, wide spaces and lots of nice restaurants too!

P.S. For sellers, you can come in as early as 8:00am to start setting up. We will provide you with the details once we confirm your table booking.

We are planning for another one in March and we may run it twice a month.


TO APPLY FOR A TABLE : 

1. Read the Rules and Regulations, which says what you can / cannot sell at KKFM
2. Have a quick look at the Market Layout *
3. Rent is RM80 per table for 1 day.
4. Fill in the KKFM Application Form and hit "SUBMIT"
5. We will review your application and contact you via email once it has been approved. In the email we will specify your table number.
6. Make payment within 24 hours after we send you the approval email  and sign off the offer letter and return to us to confirm your place, payment instructions will be provided upon approval. **
7. Join our KK Flea Market Facebook Group for the latest updates.

* Since this is the first time we're organizing this event, we will choose a table location for you, in future events we will allow applicants to state their preference.

** Our account is with Maybank and we accept payment via Maybank2u.com Internet banking transfers or Interbank transfers. We will send you your table number and receipts will be issued.
